The company is headquartered in Shanghai and has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Chizhou CN New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui CN Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. CNTech is deeply engaged in the field of non-ferrous metal resources recycling, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lithium battery materials, and providing hazardous waste disposal services.

Chizhou CN New Material Technology Co. LTD， as a subsidiary of Shanghai CNTech, was registered in the Qianjiang Industrial Park, Chizhou High-tech Development Zone, Anhui Province, with a coverage of 235 mu. It has built a complete industrial hazardous waste and solid waste resource recovery and comprehensive utilization base. By refining and recycling valuable metal elements and conducting harmless disposal of solid waste, it has developed an environment-friendly and metal-fully-recycled method to dispose hazardous waste and general solid waste. It also established a lithium battery material recovery production line with an annual disposal capacity of 6000 tons, which can produce lithium battery precursor, lithium carbonate and other lithium battery recycled materials.

Anhui CN Recycling Technology Co. LTD was established in 2017 and plans to build a 200,000 t/A lithium battery comprehensive recycling project, covering an area of 500 mu. In the first phase, it is planned to complete public construction such as public works, roads and reservoirs, and build a 40,000 tons lithium battery disassembling and recovery line and the production of 20,000 tons of ternary precursor, 5000 tons of lithium carbonate and by-products. Finally, an integrated recycling base of "disassembling, recycling and comprehensive utilization" of used lithium batteries with the capacity of 200,000 tons of lithium battery disassembly, 80000 tons of precursor and 25,000 tons of lithium salt production will be formed, and energy storage power stations, solar power generation devices, condensate water recycling system and ammonia water recycling system will be built to achieve the goal of green plants. The project marks the further improvement of the recycling system of the new energy lithium battery industry chain of CN, which is a crucial step for the Group to achieve leapfrog development.
